Open Reader's preferences and go to the "Documents" category. This will not connect to Adobe's "Document Cloud" when you try to open a document. Uncheck the two "Show online storage." options. Things I have tried besides what I stated above: "-Open Reader's preferences and go to the "General" category. I could try recreating his profile but was gonna see if there was another route first. I tried ripping out adobe, running the adobe program that cleans out everything adobe related and then reinstalling and, while it works great under my profile, it still works terribly under his. We have one user that when he tries to open pdfs it delayed for about 10-15 seconds and when he tries to close about 20 seconds or longer.
